This is easy in the Firefox browser. Get it.

Select the Month timerange tab.
Move the bottom blue bar to select any time-range in the entire archive.
Move the blue pointer, you can quickly browse the entire month.
Click the Play button (triangle) to quickly view a time lapse of the time range you chose.
Click the Play Hi-Res button to view a High Resolution time lapse of the time range you chose.
Zoom in with your mouse wheel or the zoom control.
Click the Play Hi-Res button again. Now you see a time-lapse of your zoomed area of interest!
